What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I have four small rental properties and am now classed as a Portfolio Landlord. Re mortgaging was looking complicated. My previous Mortgage Advisor told me that I would struggle to re mortgage because my properties do not bring in a high enough income for many lenders. He didnt want to know! Akhil was recommended to me by two different friends.
