I needed a mortgage to buy a house. Thankfully, due to these services, my brand new house is now well insured and I can now spend my saved money for other necessities, but can also enjoy the quality of the services since I am now insured and taken care of. Most certainly. I am pleased to announce that all of my goals were achieved.

What could they have done better?

To be honest, there is very little room for improvement. He was very kind and supportive, gave me the best tips, while also staying neutral and minding his own business. The only thing he could have done better was a little bit more time, it sort of felt like a rush. I don't know if this happened to others, it may have just been me, but I think a tiny bit slower pace would have been for both of us.
