How has Robert Tinsley helped you since your last review?
Robert continues to monitor and manage my investments on a regular basis. Markets are slowly improving now, but there is still much global uncertainty. Having my investments monitored by Robert really means I can sleep at night knowing that's all in hand. He's also been able to provide swift replies to some queries I had about releasing funds for some home improvements.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I felt like I didn’t exist with my previous advisor and needed someone who would be proactive.
How has Robert Tinsley helped you?
I now have a better understanding of the pension process and possibilities-which no one had bothered to spend time to explain before.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
The last few years of not been as expected for anyone but Robert was helpful in clarifying expectations and I’m confident we are now on track.
What could they have done better?
Stand over me and get me to do my budget forecast for retirement- ha ha! Maybe an online budget template would help?

We wanted to get on top of our financial investments and ensure we were planning sensibly for the future.

Rob helped us with investments and pensions, and then with an investment for the children with inheritance money after my mother died.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
So far, to be honest not really but I think this is because of the state of the global economy.

After receiving a settlement for life changing injuries I needed to invest the money to provide a income and investments for the the future.
How has Robert Tinsley helped you?
Robert has explained in detail every step of the process of investing. He has provided cashflow modelling to explain how the investments work. I regularly meet Robert to review my situation and answer any of my many questions.
