Dear Nathaniel, Sincerest apologies for not responding to your enquiry in a reasonable timeframe. I have been on a family holiday and we arrived back in the UK last Thursday lunchtime. I have been catching up ever since and have diarised to call you tomorrow (pm) Please advise whether or not you still require advice and if you would appreciate a call from me. If tomorrow afternoon isn't convenient then please advise a date and time that is. What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I had a few defined contribution pensions and wanted to amalgamate them into an annuity on retirement.
How has Daniel Turner helped you?
We looked at all the options with Daniel including drawdown and came to the conclusion that an annuity was the best choice for us.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes the annuity has been set up and we are happy with the outcome.
What could they have done better?
Nothing it all went to plan.
