Absolutely! We are happy owners of house (bought 6 months ago), we thought we wouldn't be able afford (a year ago).

What could they have done better?

Not to recommend company like Fidler and Pepper solicitors, they are pure hell to deal with.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was with a previous mortgage advice team, through which I experienced repeated delays which lead to me having less than a month before my mortgage was due for renewal with nothing in place. I remembered Gavin from my original mortgage deal and took steps to seek him out specifically. I remembered how brilliant he is!

Nothing - Gavin is the shining example of who and how all kind-hearted mortgage advisers should aspire to be. Could not recommend him enough.
