What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was newly divorced, after 20 years of marriage, and had been awarded a share of my husband’s pension. I needed advice on how best to invest it

Richard was great, he was easy to talk to, and made sure he fully understood all of the nuances of my situation. We discussed various options before deciding on the right pension for me.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I’ve been very pleased with the outcome. Richard has been excellent at keeping up me up to date and also at making sure I keep him up to date, with annual reviews.

What could they have done better?

I could not have asked for better. I have recommended him to my son, who is just starting his own business.
