We wanted to make sure the return on our savings was maximised to ensure a comfortable retirement.

He has helped us plan and spread our investments with Parmenion. If we have a question then Tom responds very quickly.

Yes and no. Wars and conflicts have affected our returns but there was nothing Tom could have done about that!

I needed a financial advisor to advise on staying in or transferring out of my defined benefit pension.

Tom advised me to transfer out of my defined benefit pension and backed this up with a thorough lifetime income plan. He also advised on the investment strategy within my wrap pension.

I have a biennial meeting with Tom to check my income plan is on track and and change investment strategies as required, so far everything is running to plan.

I can’t really think if anything Tom could have done better, he is always at the end of the phone if need him.
