I need to get a better understanding of my pension and eventual retirement position.

Fragmented pension pots now better organised and invested. Done follow clear and understandable explanations/advice which has enabled me to adjust my current work life and prepare for eventual retirement with greater confidence.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Most definitely. Investments performing well and reporting is excellent so I know what is going on. Not been my experience previously.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I needed advice on taking a tax free lump sum from my pension whilst also needing to ensure my future retirement finances were workable.
How has Joe Parker helped you?
He reviewed my various pensions gave an extremely comprehensive report about my situation, advised about getting all my bits of pension into one pension pot, advised about drawing down 25% tax free lump sum, checked how this would affect my future retirement planning and then implemented everything smoothly. He kept me informed throughout the whole process and was extremely helpful, even lodging a minor complaint on my behalf that resulted in compensation.
