Very prompt response, very clear on services and charges. Excellent service and l will.be using this company for pension and investment advice

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My pension scheme at work was being changed so I decided to review my choices before autoenrolling on the new scheme.

How has Nicholas Pratt helped you?

I consulted the pension planner when my work introduced a new pension scheme. I had previously had a stakeholder pension and whilst it's a long time till I will retire, I felt it would be a good point to review how that was doing, and what my best choices were going forwards. I know very little about financial planning but Nick explained everything thoroughly so I was fully informed at each stage of the decision. I was very impressed with the level of detail given in his presentation. I would happily recommend the Pension Planner to anyone who is looking into their retirement plans.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

It's still a long time till I plan to retire but I'm happy with my plans.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My husband and I have just retired and we needed advice on our previous investments and the best way to deal with retirement lump sums.

How has Nicholas Pratt helped you?

The Pension Planner has been our first use of professional financial advisors and we have been very pleased. We have appreciated the time put in to explaining the possibilities for retirement investments and the full information provided for all the steps along the way of setting up our plans. The site for keeping track of our investments is informative and easy to use.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

We are happy with the way our investments are being set up but it is too early to say about the outcome. I felt it was not fair to rate 'value for money' at this stage with the star ratings because our money has only been with Th Pension Planner for four months.

What could they have done better?

So far, there is nothing to comment on. Value for money will be possible to assess after about a year, so I don't think this site should have it as a required field for being able to review the services provided.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Approaching retirement.

How has Nicholas Pratt helped you?

Nick from the pension planner was recommended to me by a colleague. I am so glad I contacted him. He was very knowledgable but Explained everything in terms I could understand. He responded to my questions quickly and efficiently along with Holly and the rest of the team. I now feel much more confident that I am in control of my pension pots when I retire. Thank you to everyone involved.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes - my investments have increased at a rate I am more than happy with.

What could they have done better?

I have no suggestions as Nick and his team did everything I asked.
