With a previous background as a Head of Maths, numbers have never been a challenge for me—but financial advice is about so much more than figures. What truly matters to me is building long-term, trusting relationships with my clients, helping them feel understood, supported, and confident about their financial future. I chose to work with Croft and Oakes, an independent Chartered firm, because being able to offer truly tailored advice—based on what’s right for each individual from the full range of available options—was absolutely essential to me. I offer the full spectrum of holistic financial planning, including pensions, investments, and tax planning—right through to inheritance tax and legacy planning. Outside of work, my world revolves around my son, our family life, and our much-loved animals. We live on a smallholding with chickens, three very characterful dogs, and until recently, a few Shropshire sheep. I’m a passionate equestrian and compete as a serious amateur in both show jumping and dressage. I also find myself back on the sports field—this time as a coach at Worfield Cricket Club for the third year running. I stepped in when they needed a female coach for my son’s age group… and despite knowing very little about cricket at the time, it’s turned out to be great fun!
