Nish helped us to obtain Decision In Principle and convert into a full mortgage offer with minimal interactions with the lender which made the process very straightforward for us. Nish was easy to reach, extremely responsive and easy to work with. The whole mortgage application can be incredibly daunting especially if you don't know where to begin - however Nisheet was incredibly honest and down to earth and made the process of applying for a mortgage and the requirements we needed to meet incredibly smooth and easy. He answered our long list of questions and helped us run through a variety of scenarios.
