They initially proposed a more complicated international structure taking into account that I might live abroad in the future but that was too complicated and didn't work out in the end

I wanted to consider the option of converting a final salary pension to a lump sum SIPP Investment, such to seek potential growth and to protect the remaining asset for the continued benefit of my family upon my death.
