Rachel was brilliant, she explained everything simply and clearly. Anything I didn't understand I would email Rachel , I would have a reply within a day. Rachel is friendly and easy to talk to. This made the whole process much simpler.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
I thought I knew what I wanted to do with my pension , Rachel gave me far better options than I had considered. So a far better outcome than I expected.
What could they have done better?

I had a number of smaller pensions and wanted advice on consolidating them.

My last advisor wasn't pro-active so needed to find someone better.
