I was a first time home buyer and required a form of mortgage protection.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

We had put organising our family finances on the long finger. A New Years resolution was agreed to once and for all deal with this and so we visited several firms to decide who we thought best to help us work through this process. Libra & Austin was our final choice as we found them to be interested on what we wanted and they kept things simple in an industry where jargon/complexity is too much.
