What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I required finance for urgent home renovations, as my current pension was coming to an end. I decided to change to a draw down pension for flexibility.

Ravinder has provided advice about changing my pension patiently explaining the differences, the pros and cons of each plan, and dealt with the Pru who were less then for coming.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Though the outcome is what I was hoping for, It did take twelve weeks, this was probably down to the holiday season and the Pru not forth coming with the information.

What could they have done better?

One or two extra updates, Other wise spot on.

We had loads of smaller pension and a couple of larger pensions and we were unsure how to work out the best way to an for our retirement

O needed a financial advisor to access and start the process of transferring my pensions to a more easily accessible drawdown.

He has liaised with my pension provider and made the process so much easier that my pension has now been transferred to the pension scheme of my choice. Ravi has also carried out a financial risk assessment with me to ensure I have thought about both long term and short term goals to support myself financially and he also advised me of my risk score.

Everything was very smooth so nothing needed.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I first reached out to Ravi when my divorce financial settlement was going to court to get a pension sharing order. He returned my call just as I had a flat tire and trying to get my car to safety. He was a calm voice then and throughout the process of securing my pension from all 2 large companies that weren’t helpful. It was a long process. Ravi helped and kept me informed at every stage..

Yes…my pension has been amalgamated from the two large pension companies and fits my needs completely.
