I wouldn’t say anything could be done better, Alex is very professional and provides a great service. There is a cost to having a great service.

My pension has been moved in to SJP which gives me the best return. Making it much easier for me to see where my pension is and to see it grow.

I can’t fault Alex. The whole process was informative and easy with zero hassle. And not once did I feel pressured to go with anything I didn’t feel comfortable with.
