Argentist was my late husband’s choice and I followed on from this.

How has Chris Parker helped you?

Chris is a most patient, helpful gentleman whom I see once a year to discuss my portfolio. I needed him to provide advice to me especially when some of the financial markets do not perform as expected. These are terbulant times we are living in and Chris listens to my concerns and gives advice when needed. I do not follow the markets religiously and Chris is a calming influence when I have queries regarding the performance of my investment.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I always look at the fund’s total figure to see how my portfolio is doing which I assume is what most people do. I am also interested to see how much is spread around each market and which performs better each year. I am fully aware no one can see into the future so I rely on my adviser at Argentis to follow and invest as appropriately as they see fit.

What could they have done better?

Not really sure - it’s a good question - but I put my trust in Argentis advisers to do the best they can.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My late husband’s portfolio was inherited by me and due to the care both he and I received in the past I have continued to stay with this Firm.

Chris Parker reviewed my portfolio on the markets. There are always the highs and lows to follow where Chris outlines how my fund is performing during the past unsettling year. Chris understands my wishes to leave my portfolio after my death to my sole beneficiary - my daughter.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I was pleasantly surprised to see a small rise in the portfolio’s fund following a turbulent year of unrest driven by the American markets.

What could they have done better?

Argentist follow the markets extremely well. My late husband was a keen follower of the markets also. I do not have such a keen interest and rely upon Chris Parker to do this as my financial adviser. I cannot see how Argentist could have done any better on the markets given some of America's sudden tarrifs on countries.
