As a long established firm of IFA's and Mortgage brokers, we have a history of providing exceptional levels of Customer Service both for our current clients and the professional bodies that recommend us to their clients. As an individual, I have previously suffered advice from a Financial Advisor who promised to meet with me and my family regularly but after our initial advice meeting we never saw them again In 2000, I decided to become an IFA and to ensure that a major part of my service was to ensure that all clients received exceptional levels of service and that ALL clients deserve great service and regular contact. We as a firm, care for all our clients as the service we provide should not differ if they have £30,000 to invest or £300,000 to invest (The advice will differ, but the service standards should not) as these monies are generally their life savings and they are trusting us with this monies.. and this is a trust we do not take lightly As an individual, I enjoy spending time with my wife, we both enjoy walking and holidays! However, one morning a week (Saturdays) is our down time, my wife goes out shopping which is her favourite Hobby and I play golf with a group of friends and clients of mine... We all enjoy ourselves and have great fun taking the mickey out of each other when we play badly (Often in my case!!) I look forward to meeting with you!
