The financial products that I can help you with include: Pensions Savings & Investments Mortgages, (both residential and buy to let) Equity Release Mortgages Wills and Trusts Estate and Inheritance Tax Planning My financial advice process is split into 3 stages as follows: STAGE 1: Information Gathering We have an Initial call where you tell me what you want and I decide whether I will be able to help you. There is no charge at this stage as this is just a fact-finding call. This usually lasts around 10-15 mins. If, after the initial call you like me and think that I can help you I will complete a full factfind with you where I attempt to asses your needs in a lot more detail. This usually takes about 30-40 minutes and again, there is no charge at this stage. This can be done at your home, over the phone or in my office. I can also do evening appointments if this is required. STAGE 2: Research Once I know what you need I will research the market for you and come back with a personalised recommendation report. This report is a detailed analysis of your financial situation and recommends a personalised financial strategy for you. This report considers all aspects of your current and future financial position along with recommendations on how to achieve your financial aims. There is a charge for this service but if you decide to carry out the recommendations on the report then this fee is discounted. I offer a full 100% money guarantee if you are unhappy with me for any reason. STAGE 3: Implementation. This is where I put in place the financial products suggested in the recommendation report. I will fill in all the applications on your behalf and manage the entire process for you. I do charge a fee for this service but you will receive a detailed quote before any chargeable work is undertaken.
