What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I had decided to transfer my existing work pensions into one central, reliable and respected organisation. I then wanted to discuss and make arrangements for potential withdrawals from the pension.

How has Yasuto Arai helped you?

I wanted to meet to look at my existing pension portfolio and consider whether any changes should be made. Also to make arrangements so that I could start to make withdrawals from my pension portfolio. In addition I had questions regarding a recent family bereavement. It was a pleasure dealing with Yasuto Arai. I have been very impressed with the clear advice that he gave at the meeting, regarding suggested changes to the portfolio, as well as wider explanations, including Inheritance Tax mitigation. He was also very considered and prompt to subsequent email questions that I raised, and provided detailed written responses and reports. He also established the necessary arrangements and an initial transfer to me extremely quickly. He is professional, knowledgable, helpful and personable.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

With regard to the pension arrangements these were established extremely quickly after our first meeting, and I was keep fully updated throughout.

What could they have done better?

Our first meeting achieved exactly what I wanted, quickly and professionally. Going forward I look forward to dealing with Yasuto Arai on his regular monitoring of the portfolio.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was due to receive tax free lamp sum from my private pension, I wanted to receive advice from a financial advisor to find the best investment choice. Then I remembered my good friend who is a client of Yasuto has been praising and speaking highly of him, I contacted him without looking elsewhere.

How has Yasuto Arai helped you?

He throughly explained the best investment options and tax implications. I felt very comfortable with his approach as I could see he is very sincere and has high integrity.

I started with a minimum start up investment with Mr Y Arai . However, Mr Arai’s investment advice process was consistent, clear, honest and explaining all potential risks in helping one make decisions. Mr Arai is extremely knowledgeable and experienced regarding investments and holistic financial advice. Feeling confident with Mr Arai’s on gong advice and explanation to me very simply and clearly and hence have since made further major investments.

I feel secure and have peace of mind that my investment is being taken care off. Helped by the fact that Mr Arai is available any time.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I have been a IT contractor for a long time without any proper retirement or pension plan. I will be soon 52 and it made sense for me to think about retirement so went to find a financial adviser.

How has Yasuto Arai helped you?

Yasuto has been extremely helpful in guiding me through the whole journey of setting up a retirement / investment /pension plan. He helped me understand how pension plans works, thanks to his guidance I was able to use some of my previous years' unutilized pension contribution. He also helped me setting up regular contribution to pension through my umbrella company. We went through the investment options, risk v/s returns and made a choice suitable to my own situation.
