What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I had an MVR free guarantee on my pension policy which was due to pay out on my 55th birthday and didn't want to take the pension at the moment so wished to receive advice on what action to take.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

It is still very early days regarding the pensions portfolio but I am happy so far. Adam is still working very hard to remortgage for us to obtain a much better deal, unfortunately the lender keeps throwing curve balls but Adam is persevering and refusing to give in, which we very much appreciate.

What could they have done better?

There is very little I would suggest as Adam has always kept us up to date with progress (and issues) and dealt with everything in a professional, friendly and efficient manner throughout. His determination to get the job done with our mortgage application is commendable.

Adam had a number of options for mortgages for retirees and also recommended a pension transfer. Both I undertook. He also subsequently advised and undertook management of my Mother's investments to ensure they were secure and available for funding her longterm care needs.

Nothing. I am very pleased with Adam's advice, his timely and efficient management of administration and troubleshooting when required. Highly recommended. He is also one of several advisors in his company, so he has immediate access to experts in all financial services.
