He advised me on how best to use my teacher’s pension lump sum and annual pension. He advised on investing the lump sum.

Yes and more. My ethical funds have been outstanding.

What could they have done better?

Nothing.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Rob gave a talk to headteacher colleagues and it was clear to many, including me, that we needed to take some action to optimise our pensions and investments for the future.

How has Robert Lester helped you?

He came to my home, sorted through all the financial documents that I had, organised them, reviewed them and put a package of advice together for me to consider. Accepting that advice was the best thing I have ever done financially. He has been advising me for about 15 years now and is so good that I invited him to speak to my staff on a few occasions and several of them also use his services as a result. They too are very happy with his advice and support and I recommend him to any of my friends and family. I have complete confidence in him because he keeps in touch, nothing is too much trouble, and when he visits to review my situation he inspires confidence through his professionalism and lovely personality.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Absolutely. Rob has secured my financial future in ways that I couldn't have imagined and I certainly wouldn't be in such a solid place financially without him.
