What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Approaching 55 I wanted to explore my options for early retirement on a couple of pensions and to also review existing investments, and to look at maximizing my tax relief.

I started to look for advice as my income was rising and I knew I could be more efficient in making retirement provisions. Chris came highly recommended so after searching for local FA's, I contacted Chris.

Chris helped me make an informed decision on how best to manage my income. He set out a series of options for me. Making changes to suit the monthly income I required was no hassle for him. I fully understand the product offered, all questions were answered clearly and I am ultimately in a position where I now feel more confident about my retirement income.

Very much so. The service was great. We met face to face over several meetings to ensure all my questions were answered. I have a plan now and feel much better knowing I have made smart choices for my future self.

I honestly don't know how the service could have been improved. I couldn't fault Chris's approach. Very professional, knowledgable, and approachable.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Having accumulated a few workplace Pensions & was unsure how they were performing, thought it was time (and best) to seek expert advice to give me some sort of projection. I needed to understand, which Pensions needed to consolidated (without incurring costs) & which to leave alone as still performing.

Chris has helped me greatly in the understanding of ALL aspects of Pensions & Pension Planning, he has way of explaining (jargon free) simply and methodically in a way I could understand Chris has actively approached my past Companies & transferred/consolidated Pensions into Retirement Plan, I now have vision of how they performing. His personable & pleasant approach, backed up with a huge knowledge of Finance has convinced me that this was a good move to seek his advice.

Yes, at this stage, as I now have Retirement Savings Plan I can easily view on-line & support as & when needed.

There is nothing I can see that he could have done better at this stage & am extremely happy with his overall service.
