What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Having recently started my own business I wanted to enlist the assistance of a Financial Adviser to ensure I was adopting the right financial approach to my own personal wealth building and retirement plans.

How has Rich Atkins helped you?

Rich has helped, explaining and executing my Personal Pension, whilst also providing additional advice on protection and accessible investment options.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

More that! My pension is now growing at a more than sufficient rate (with my contributions and Rich's management) to achieve my longer term retirement goals.

What could they have done better?

I feel Rich's service currently suits me and I would not personally suggest any points for improvement.

Divorce settlement

Wouldn't have done it with out him. He helped me get through so much after my divorce which lead him sorting out for me.

Most definitely. He done an amazing job and would recommend him

Nothing he done a great job. Keeping me informed all the time

Wanted honest and open advice from someone who would explain pensions in a normal language without loads of jargon.

Pensions. Understanding what I need to do, to maybe retire one day

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Recently separated when I was introduced to Rich. He took to stress out of my financial worries that I had.

How has Rich Atkins helped you?

He’s helped with guiding me to organise my financial future planning. And advise on many other aspects when I was possibly at my lowest points. Never once has he made me feel inferior, immensely positive throughout our meetings and extremley helpful.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes.. although it’s an ongoing process for my son and I.

I was very unclear about what my financial future looked like and felt very unconfident about it.

How has Rich Atkins helped you?

Working with Rich has been a game-changer. He modelled what my retirement currently looked like and helped me set some financial goals to improve that. However, he's also helped me pay off credit card debt much faster than I thought I would be able to and really helped me reframe how my finances work.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes - I wanted to get clarity on my financial future and what steps I need to take to make sure I'm going to have good resources available as I get older. Working with Rich has helped me get to grips with all of this.
