I needed advice around retirement planning to ensure my pensions, savings and investments were working as they should to meet my retirement needs.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I needed a IFA to manage a pension that I had from previous employment. Previous IFA had been disappointing so their acquisition was an opportunity to appoint afresh.
How has Gerry Davies helped you?
Gerry has spent longer looking after me in last 12 months than previous provider did in 25 years. He has a thorough understanding of my position and finances and a genuine interest.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I was going through a career transition and had a number of company pension schemes whose performance I wanted to review and decide if they should be consolidated under a single plan.
How has Gerry Davies helped you?
He guided me through the process of thinking about what kind of lifestyle I wanted in retirement and what income I would need to achieve that goal. In light of that analysis, we reviewed my pensions and decided upon a plan to achieve that goal. It was a clear, logical and well structured process.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
One year on, I believe that the decisions I made were the right ones and my pensions are working harder as a result. It's comforting to have an advisor who is looking out for me and my financial future.

Please provide a brief comment about your experience with Gerry
We have just begun our journey with Gerry but 100% happy so far with his speedy responses. I felt that he really understood my requirements and was already suggesting things I hadn't thought of during our initial conversation. I am looking forward to moving on and I am so relieved I have finally reached out for advice. I think Gerry is going to be the right fit. I should have done this a long time ago but better late than never!
