Simon is very conscientous and thorough. I have dealt with Graeme for the past 15 years and am very pleased with the level of service and advice that he offers. He is always very professional, and explains fully every aspect of why recommendation are been made concerning my investments. He always suggest what he feels is best for my personal circumstances. It is refreshing to deal with someone so genuine and honest and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

What could they have done better?

I am completely satisfied with Simons advice and courteous manner. He always offers the choice of a home visit for meetings or at his offices in the delightful Devon countryside.

Simon first advised my wife and I 13 years ago upon our retirement. He arranged all our annuities shopping around on our behalf to obtain the best rates. Since then we have met regularly to review the portfolio of investments he also advised us on. At the reviews Simon considers all aspects of our needs and objectives and makes recommendations in a clear and concise manner. We appreciate the face to face contact and meet at our home or in his offices. We would happily recommended Simon to anyone needing sound financial advice.

What could they have done better?

Simon responds quickly and is always attentive. We just wish there wasn't so much paperwork every time we make a transaction. This is not his fault just the modern business world we live in.

After a number of unhappy experiences with 'financial advisors', meeting Simon was a relief. He took the time to review all aspects of my husbands and my current finances and future objectives. Simon considered our attitude to risk and carried out a number of financial projections before making his recommendations. His reports are easy to understand without being over technical and the fee structure is fair and transparent. Simon has been advising us since 2006 and throughout we are confident we are in the hands of competent, honest truly professional advisor.

Simon was to recommended to me by my mother 8 years ago. When we first met we were living in Kuwait but visited the UK once a year. Simon always meets up with us during our hectic visits to review our existing investments and and long term financial objective's. Simon goes that extra mile when advising us, making sure all aspects of our personal finances are kept up to date and relevant.
