What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
My husband had pensions from various past employments which were all in different pension schemes and we wished to put them together into one investment.

Richard has ensured that we have an investment port folio, tailored to our financial needs for a comfortable retirement, taking into account our personal risk tolerance. He has held regular meetings with us to discuss how our account stands and any changes that may need to be made.

Richard has very compentently taken me through my financial needs, matched them against my resources and recommended the way forward with advice I fully understand.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
In truth it is too early to see any outcome. That said I have great confidence in the advice, am comfortable with taking that advice and see no reason that the outcomes predicted will not be achieved.
What could they have done better?
When my previous adviser ceased I looked at a number of financial services businesses but Richard Peters and Fortitude were head and shoulders above the others. The family atmosphere of the team, its speed of response and the quality of the support is such that I have no idea how they could do better.
