What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I initially sought an adviser to help consolidate my pensions, as I had worked at various firms throughout my finance career and wanted to bring them under one roof and ensure they were properly managed. This process also got me thinking about investments and just getting all my finances in order.

Marlene has always been very responsive, and I don’t think there is much that she could improve. The new app is very user friendly and makes it easy to access the information online.

The reason why I sought Marlene’s help was, although I work in finance, I knew that I neither have the bandwidth nor the knowledge base to understand what is happening on the tax and pension front to come up with efficient solutions for my personal finances.
