What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

My mortgage agreement had ended with my current bank, initally we tried to speak to a mortgage adviser at the bank however the services was very poor - we couldn't speak to the same person (we were put through to a different person everytime) and there was a massive delay in responses - sometimes not hearing back for over a week. Laura had helped us initally with setting up our first mortgage so I knew she was fanatastic. I therefore contacted her as we needed an independent mortgage adviser to help us with next steps.

Laura was fanatastic - she helped us find a new mortgage at a better rate with a different bank. She spent time with us (never felt rushed to finish the meeting), she talked us through every step (even the small details) and I really felt she was dedicated to getting us the best rate/package. She kept us informed throughout the whole process and checked in with us regularly.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes - we decided to move our mortgage to another bank. We haven't moved a mortgage before so we were a bit unclear of the process - Laura spent time with us talking us through the end to end process. She was available for questions throughout (however big or small) and always got back to really quickly. Laura managed the whole process and, for something I thought might be stressful, was actually very straightforward - that's all thanks to Laura.

Honestly, absolutely nothing. I really cannot fault her services.
