What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I came to Andrew as I'd inherited some money and wanted to put it away for safekeeping. I'm not experienced with investing and needed advice.

How has Andrew Brixey-Williams helped you?

Andrew has helped me immensely by clearly explaining the process to me and making me feel more confident and comfortable with investing and understanding the risks associated. He always explains how the geo polical context can affect my investments and gives me advise on how to best protect my money. He's helped me set up some mid/long-term plans based on my current situation which I feel happy and confident with.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes. My money has done well and my knowledge and understanding of the process has significantly increased. I find myself much more engaged with the stock market and doing my own additional research in my own time too. Look forward to working with Andrew for years to come!

I'm very satisfied with my experience and don't have comments here.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was approaching possible retirement age, and wanted to work out whether my various pensions would be enough to live on or whether I needed to carry on working.

How has Andrew Brixey-Williams helped you?

He helped me get to grips with my various pensions, and advised me on how to get the best out of them. Crucially, he also helped me with a cashflow report, which was a vital part in working out whether my retirement income would cover my spending. He also helped me invest my savings. But above all, he was a sensible and sympathetic voice who helped guide me through the minefield of financial planning, which even for someone who considers themselves numerate and not a complete novice can be a real nightmare.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Definitely. I have now left my old day job (although not exactly retired) and am happy in the knowledge that my finances are totally secure.
