What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

General financial advise after getting a amount of money via voluntary severance, then ongoing advise and recently advice relating taking my company pension

How has Andrew Connolly helped you?

He's provided advice in a simple manner, making it a lot easier to understand, whilst taking the time to explain the impact to both myself and family

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes to a certain extend, however Andrew had helped me understands the peaks and troughs

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

Initially, 50 years ago a financial advisor found me. I didn't realise at the time, that I needed one, or indeed for 10 years after, when the original investment had run its course. The original advisor, had not contacted me at all, during that time. A second advisor contacted me, on the 10 year anniversary, and opened my sight to what I could or should be doing. This new advisor due to circumstance's, then moved onto, what is now Globe. In time with internal staff adjustments, I was introduced to Andrew. I can honestly say, without the two advisers I have had, my family and I would not be in the positive position, we find ourselves in now.

How has Andrew Connolly helped you?

Andrew, as his description says is an adviser. The road for investing is long and bumpy, with many dead ends, fords, and hairpin bends to navigate. There are many signs, too look out for, not to mention directions to take. For example, IHT, TAX, Savings, Pensions, providing for your children and gran children. Then, there are the many pitfalls that you will encounter, some you may make yourself, and others are heaped on you by forces out of your control. Andrew, has been a steadying influence with a vast knowledge, a calming persona and an extremely good listener. But above all he has time for you.

The one thing they have lacked, is too read the future.
