I needed help in sorting out some of my late husband’s investments.

David has contacted companies on my behalf, ensured that all investments are now in my name and drawn up an inventory of these assets prior to making decisions as to how to move forward.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
Equity Release advice as I have only a state pension and increasingly low freelance earnings as I get older.
How has David Holland helped you?
David Holland has advised me on Equity Release over a number of years - changing my provider every so often to get me a better or more appropriate deal. I have never had a work place pension and rely on my state pension and some low earnings as a freelancer, so equity release is an important part of of my financial planning and Dave has facilitated this with great understanding.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes - I have been very happy with the advice that Dave has given over a number of years.
What could they have done better?
Nothing!
