What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I was on the point of retiring having established a good sized pension pot over my working life. I needed someone that I was confident could advise me on my financial planning in retirement and about the options available to me in terms of investment and drawing down funds

I had no experience of investment when introduced to Tom. He has taken great care to explain everything very carefully and the financial growth on my investments have exceeded all my expectations. I continue to be extremely pleased with Tom's advice and guidance.

What could they have done better?

Nothing really. When I have had any questions or require money to be made available from my pot, Tom has responded and arranged for transfer of funds extremely promptly. I have regular reviews on the performance of my investments and risk levels of my investments that I am comfortable with.

i was in the business and knew Tom so naturally wanted him as my asvisor when i retired
