I was looking for someone to help me with my pension planning and to consolidate my pension pots.
How has Graham Norford helped you?
Graham made everything simple and clear to follow and took away the burden of worrying about whether my pension pot was doing as well as it should. This is a great relief for me as someone who is not knowledgeable about the investment market and does not have the time to keep a close eye on investments. Graham tailored the advice to my nature, personality and retirement goals.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
I was hoping for better growth by now but Brexit and Covid19 have put a spanner in the works. However, I am lucky enough to be able to sit it out. I am pleased that the damage to my pension funds as a result of these external factors is perhaps not as bad as it could have been.
What could they have done better?
I am very happy and have no comments to make. I would just say, however, that Graham is always very approachable, helpful and explains everything well.

Pension and retirement planning, we were considering giving up full time work and wanted to ensure we were able to do this. Also, we had several different pensions and investments.
How has Graham Norford helped you?
It started with a pension review, he was able to produce for us a comprehensive report that offered different scenarios around our pension and investments in order to allow us to plan for our future retirement, safe in the knowledge that we would be financially secure.

Yes indeed, we retained Graham to manage our investments and pensions, and we meet with him yearly and review progress and future plans.
