Please provide a brief comment about your experience with Donna

I have had a personal Pension with the Prudential since 1989 , I have for all that time just paid into it and left it at that , however last year Prudential sent me a letter asking if I wanted to review it as I'm about 12 years off retirement. I was contacted by Donna from M&G wealth and we arranged a time to have a meeting via Video call. I gave Donna my details in advance and on the meeting lasted over an hour. What struck me was Donna's genuine interest in me as a person , it didn't feel like a business meeting , it was almost like chatting to a friend. We discussed my finances and plans for retirement , going over how i would like to invest and patiently going through all the options. About 2 weeks later we had another meeting where Donna went through all the figures and advised me , without pressure of what she believed were the best options. She has the patience of a saint and went through in easy to understand points about the questions i had and made a point of asking me if i understood the new arrangements for my pension. Donna provided plenty of Data about possible scenarios for my investment and also assisted me by writing me a letter to HMRC about claiming some tax back. I would recommend Donna 100% to anyone looking to invest and in particular to look at making the most of their pension , she has additionally advised me on setting up plans for me kids too. Sounds ridiculous to say this but I honestly don't think she could have done anything better she was patient and not pushy at anytime.
