Rebecca has provided a very caring service which is tailored exactly to my personal circumstances and needs. Rebecca has shown herself to be intuitive, resourceful, efficient and reliable providing essential financial advice at each turn. I am really happy with Rebecca’s level of service and would definitely and highly recommend her to you all.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I'm fast approaching retirement and needed some advise, prudential recommended Rebecca, Rebecca is more than a pension adviser.

How has Rebecca Slack helped you?

Rebecca has managed to give me small amounts of information, once digested I get more. this seems to be a personable way of opening my thought patterns. Rebecca is always contactable.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

When the plan suggested is used im sure it will work.

What could they have done better?

Struggling to find anything that could have been better

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I reached a certain age and decided I wanted more security in my life, trying to decide whether to withdraw some money from my pension to clear the remainder of my mortgage.

Rebecca assisted in my understanding of how this action would impact my pension and my future retirement and whether the security would be an advisable action to take.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Eventually the outcome was positive and I am now mortgage free.

What could they have done better?

Only a minor comment. I feel it should have been picked up quicker regarding the name adjustment was required after my marriage as this slowed the process down by approximately 4 weeks..

Rebecca came to visit me at home. She was very friendly and informative. I found out things about my pensions I never new. Thank you to Rebecca for a very interesting and and enjoyable meeting. My wife will be using Rebecca to, after hearing what she done for me. Well worth 5 star's.
