Thank you for visiting my page. I am Neil, I am a financial planner and managing partner of Anns and Grange Associates. I joined the financial planning industry in November 2021, launching my own business providing personalised financial planning advice to ex-police officers and small business owners. I love chatting to people and understanding what makes them tick, then giving them the knowledge, power and reassurance to take control of their financial futures. For policing; Having served for 10 years as a police officer, I understand the complexities of the police pension and am able to speak to police officers in a language they understand. I work with serving and retiring police officers to build a picture for them of their financial futures, and make sure there money and plans are working hard for them towards that magical date of when they actually retire. For Small Business Owners; I work with a significant number of small business owners locally in South Oxfordshire and West Berkshire, helping them to extract their profits tax efficiently, diversify how they hold their business funds and plan for the day when they retire and sell their business. With tax rates on the increase and allowances on the decrease, there has never been a more important time to engage bespoke financial planning advice to get you where you want to be.
