What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I am not very knowledgeable what to do about my pension and was advised to use Intelligent Pensions and that’s is why I needed an adviser.

Alison always explains how my pension is invested and so far the outcome is very positive.
What could they have done better?
I cannot see how it could be done differently.

Absolutely nothing. I'm a demanding customer, not easy to please , but Alison has consistently delivered. I truly can't recommend her highly enough.

I have had an advisor for many years on the advice of our Financial Advisor who set the pension up for me in the first place.
How has Alison Tyne helped you?
She is always very good at explaining everything in language I can understand. I feel that nothing is too much trouble for her and she is always very friendly, but still professional at the same time.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Given the amount I have in my pension and the fact that I was not in a position to pay in to it during the latter years of my working life, then yes.

Nothing.

I wanted an expert to manage my pension to ensure I maximise my financial position upon retirement. I do. It have the knowledge or expertise to manage this myself.

Alison is amazing. I trust her with my pension to ensure I get the best return. I have seen exceptional growth even after costs from using Alison, way over and above the rates I ever had before through company managed pension schemes. Moving my pension to her was the best decision I ever made financially. Every year she takes me through a full review and report on my investments and outlook for retirement. We realign any priorities I have and changes in circumstances. She is available anytime for a call if I need her.
