I found Frank very down-to-earth precise with the information I was after and sort of Gentleman I definitely could and will do business with

So far we have just chatted on the phone and not really progressed things but my first interaction has been positive and we will be meeting Frank in the future to allow more detailed discussion. It is hard to rate financial services based on a 40 minute conversation.

How has Frank Smith helped you?

Excellent knowledge of the market place and the range of options, providers and products available. He has always understood clearly my attitude to risk and personal objectives and goals, and matched these well with products that were right for me. You might say that this is why you go to an IFA, i prefer to say this is why you go to a good IFA. Have been using Frank for many years now, and have never been disappointed.
