Tony explained all of the options then between us we came to a decision that best suited my family and our requirements. We then implemented the plan as a team.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes currently all is good. I am looking forward to my next review in a months time. I receive help when I need it ( promptly ) and Tony is always available when I need to talk (This is very important to me). Tony is planning the future for myself and my families future after me. I have full confidence as we do this as a team.
What could they have done better?
In general I am fully happy, if I had any issues I would have already spoken to Tony and we would have sorted out any issues.

Tony was really professional and helped us transfer the pension over to him after issues with the previous provider. We now feel like the pot is in safe hand. A somewhat challenging issue was overcome seamlessly by Tony.
