We needed to find some good investments for savings and to be sure our pensions were secure and well invested

Mark has helped us to consolidate our multiple pensions on one platform, to make plans to reduce the impact of inheritance tax and to invest savings
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes broadly, this has worked as we wanted
What could they have done better?
We have been quite conservative in our approach having had poor experiences in the distant past (before Mark or Russel before him were involved). Obviously a more aggressive approach may have proved more lucrative but it would not have satisfied our more cautionary requirements.
