I needed advice on dealing with an offer to transfer funds from an existing company pension scheme.

Initially I had communication difficulties, this has been rectified with the implementation of an excellent IT system.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

On this occasion, we were reviewing my Will, answering my questions and reminding me about the details of the Trusts that had been set up.

He had his daughter clearly explained the intentions and outcomes of the document as it stands.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

No, we haven't gone any further with it yet. I am hoping to receive a transcript of the meeting so I can look further at the details.

What could they have done better?

Sending the transcript promptly would be ideal as this would have hepled me review the meeting while it was still fresh in my mind. Katy had some actions to take also, and I am waiting to hear backfrom her.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

As a retired person I wanted to tidy up my financial affairs for my wife and family to formulate a trust and will. Also advice on pensions and investments so my wife and I could enjoyed the rest of our lives without to much worries.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I wanted to invest some cash from my private business into a pension and took the opportunity of transferring from 4 pension pots with previous employers in order to amalgamate them in the same plan

Alan has assessed my attitude to risk and provided a number of options to consider for investing into a pension

I don't know yet, only time will tell, but I think so far so good

I am not a big fan of communicating via the portal and would have preferred direct e-mails, but understand the need to track everything

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I had several Pensions from previous employment and wanted to have them all with one Provider

Alan has been amazing from start to finish, he took the time to listen to what I wanted to achieve and then went through all my options explaining in such a patient and friendly way that I understood everything. More than anything Alan cared he wanted what was best for me and my future, he acted with kindness through out listening to everything and answering all my questions I would recommend him to anyone that asked and have done so Was a breath of fresh air speaking to an Adviser like Alan

Yes all my pensions have been transferred and I am very happy, huge relief to have them all together now

What could they have done better?

Absolutely nothing Alan and the service I received was outstanding
