I/we had everything in multiple locations, trying to remember and keep track of what we had, were paying and ultimately got as cover or withdrawal later in life was unclear. We wanted to look for one location, to help us better understand our requirements and what we were gaining from the services we had in place.

Michael collated everything together explained the pros and cons of what we had. He explained information in areas where we had lacked understanding it what we were paying for. We outlined our plans and requirements and where we wanted to have our finances positioned for later in life, he put together a plan that met our expectations.

Yes, we have a better understanding of what we where paying for, brought everything together outlined our plans and covers and made sure we had everything in plan to meet our requirements

From our position, nothing! Everything far exceeded our expectations. Our previous experience with advisers and companies before always fell short our left us unsure or apprehensive about what we had put in place. Michael and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was fully explained before we agreed to anything. By far the best experience yet from any adviser for any service we have used in the past.
