Andrew was extremely helpful and made things easy to understand. I would highly recommend him.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?

I had a pension that would not accommodate taking 25% tax free out of it so my advisor then Andrew Garner change my pension company and I received my payment ,this was achieved in a few days and a bond was struck with Andrew Gardner

Andrew changed his position and now works for True Potential ,he took me on board last year after a thougherly tough financial assessment ,and I'm glad to say its payed off .

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Very much so my pension made the biggest yearly yield since I took it out in 1979

I have no problems with Andrew Gardner or True Potential

I was interested in transferring the funds from a final salary pension scheme into a personal pension scheme.

Andrew was helpful throughout the process. The transfer process was explained. The information gathering exercise was concluded efficiently and without significant loss of time. I had no issues to raise with Andrew's part of the process.
