This was an intial 60 meeting with Kris. He was very professional, with a friendly and personable manner. He gave good advice about my pension and consolidated mostly what we knew. He was happy to answer any questions and we discussed our rental property income and future plans. Most imnportantly Kris's approach is client centred, he took time to ask about our goals and he was not pushy in any way. I must admit I was aprehenisve meeting him after a recent negative experience with a IFA.

How has Kris Amliwala helped you?

Kris has been brilliant from start to finish. The process of finding and securing a house was a long one - many things changed from our initial conversation and Kris was always a good sounding board for ideas and always provided advice based on his experience. Fundamentally, for me, ease of communication and the ability to act quickly on my behalf were the two key reasons to use a broker. Kris delivered here in abundance. Communication with myself via whatsapp outside of office hours is a great example. A other being when Kris acted quickly, on the same day, to secure a mortgage application before a rate rise took place. Communication via phone or email was also great and more often than not Kris was on hand for a quick phone call. Kris took away a lot of the stresses and just got things done. Great guy and great advisor. Would recommend him/ his company for financial advice or mortgage services.

I was moving from a global employer to self employed where I had to move the pension money & shares money to invest wisely so I don’t lose them and convert into additional source of income for longer term.

How has Kris Amliwala helped you?

Kris is a top man in providing absolutely genuine and honest financial advice at all times. I have first visited him with query regarding on the pension funds which I had to move from my previous employers and securely invest in right way. He has helped me completely through the process and in fact am seeing some great results after 2 years with him. I approached Kris for pension advice and retirement planning. I had initial consultations with 5 other financial advisors and chose Kris for his refreshing creative thinking, combining financial planning with life planning and mortgage expertise. Kris is an excellent listener and is helping me to see beyond my limiting beliefs, clarify what I really want and how to achieve it. For example, he found me a green pension fund so now my money is working doubly hard by benefitting the environment as well as my pension pot. Having had one bad experience with an FA (Financial Adviser), I was sceptical about trying again. However, on meeting Kris, I felt like I'd met a guy I could trust and believe in. Like many, I had no idea what I should be doing with my savings as well as a pension. The latter being the main reason why I needed a FA's advice. After a few meetings, Kris had simply explained what I should be doing and more importantly, why. No one can predict the future but knowing I now have Kris in my corner, I feel like I'm financially in a position to have a better one.
