I needed pension advice as I was considering early retirement and had several pension pots.

Gave advice on the best way forward for each of my various pension pots; identified which pension pots needed moving in order to take advantage of modern pension benefits (and lower management fees) and the best approach around which to draw from first, which to leave and which to move to a modern plan. Julianna has understood and addressed my pension needs and always answers my questions promptly and in a way that is easy to understand.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

I have been happy with Julianna's recommendations for my pensions and have followed the advice, which included starting to draw on one pension and moving a couple of other pots to a different provider.

What could they have done better?

In terms of pension advice I have been happy with the products and service. Although I have been aware of fee total values, I would find it helpful to be able to see how my fees are calculated, particularly any one-off fees.

My Family and I wanted professional advise on individual pensions and multiple pensions.

Julianna provided excellent professional advise on my families retirement pensions and what options they had and what was best for them, She advised me on my frozen pensions and what options I had and what was best for me.

Yes my portfolio has been growing well and with my annual review with Julianna I am in control of my pension investment.

There is nothing else Julianna could have done any better in my opinion. Excellent service
