I am based in Handforth Village, near Wilmslow and am the MD of Individual Financial Services Ltd, we are an Independent Financial Advice firm near to Manchester Airport. I am a founding partner of Sandringham financial partners and have been in the industry before the formation of Sandringham, starting originally with Independent Financial Services in 2004. I used to work for about 20 years at British Airways as a Cabin Service Director, where I worked on their global network, flying the world, a proud leader of my team of up to 16 Cabin crew and Pursers, for the worlds favorite airline" originally on aircraft that no longer fly like DC10's and even the original old 747 Classic's. Originally based in London and also spending time based in Manchester on the "Shuttle" base, I decided that with the advent of my children, it was time to stop flying the world and find a new vocation... I chose to go into financial services, in 2006, simply because many in financial services at the time seemed more interested in selling and commission than giving great customer service... As my aviation background shows, I am a people person, genuinely committed to giving the very best service possible, surrounding myself with like minded customer focused people. I certainly specialize in helping Airport staff, especially British Airways staff with their pensions, mortgages and much more and have a fine reputation there, still traveling to London on a regular basis... I take great pride in our fantastic customer service levels at IFS and in although in recent years the business has grown and more people have joined the team, we all put clients at the center of absolutely everything we do. Simply put I cannot stress just how important trust, honesty, and team work are to ensure that our business operates with high standards and integrity, that our clients rightly deserve and expect...
