Bigmore Associates have taken over the company that originally organised my pension and mortgage.
How has Cain Stennett helped you?
Cain is knowledgeable and professional. He takes the time to listen and explains my options clearly. Even though my financial knowledge is limited, I never feel rushed or pressured. He has provided a projection for the income from my pension and is currently sorting a new mortgage deal for me.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
I have been given all the information I require, explained where necessary and we are just waiting to finalise the mortgage deal.
What could they have done better?
I have not noticed anytrhing which could be improved

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
My parents both passed and I had to sell their house, as I am fairly young I needed to do something sensible with my inheritance
How has Cain Stennett helped you?
Cain showed me a lot of options, which we were both aligned on. He was patient and has also offered me mortgage advice for when I need to renew my mortgage next year too.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
It’s too early to say yet as I have only just invested but I did win £500 in premium bonds for December.

Cain has been our mortgage advisor for nearly 6 years. He has answered all questions that I have raised with him and his communication has always been fantastic. He helped us with our first mortgage and has recently done our renewal. I wouldn't trust anyone else
