Explained processes for investing in pensions. Provided clear information. Always there for a question or advice. He listens, asks relevant questions and provides options. I contacted him about pension advice initially and as my circumstances changed, I found that I needed broader financial advice to consider all options. This is what we are working through now. Overall, it's really helpful just to work through options with someone who understands my aims and the market.

Some of it in terms of pensions investments, but not everything as it's still work in progress to get to the point of being able to finish work.

I met Lee through my last employer and was very impressed with his knowledge of all financial matters. His calm & detailed approach also appealed to me as well. I very quickly gained his trust based on his work on behalf of my employer to the point where he now looks after the pension's of my wife and i and the company pension of my present employer and the pension provision of a current work colleague and his wife.

13 years ago my Father passed away.Lee was his advisor and I have continued to use him since then.

How has Lee Waterfall helped you?

He has advised and helped me and my brother to sort my late fathers estate out. I subsequently have used Lee for pension advice and investment. Since selling my business 2 years ago Lee has handled investments and retirement advice.

Yes I accept the last 6 months have seen a downfall due to the current world situation.

I needed pension advice as I only had company pensions. As I had turned 55 it was time to decide what to do as I needed some capital.

How has Lee Waterfall helped you?

Lee gave me a different option, that of transferring my pension from a company pension to a personal pension, something I didn't previously know about, which gave me lots of options.

Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?

Yes, I was able to release capital I needed for the home improvements I wanted to undertake without having to take a regular income as I am still working.

What could they have done better?

Nothing in my opinion. It was dealt with during covid and all meetings were on zoom.

My long term FA retired. I was introduced to Lee who was recommended to look at our company Pension Scheme. As well as making recommendations on our current scheme he showed us savings that could be made offering our employees independent advice going forward. He also introduced a death in service scheme for all 60+ staff and is currently looking at private medical and critical illness schemes to be introduced.

How has Lee Waterfall helped you?

I had a final salary pension scheme that l wanted access too!. Lee is currently handling the transfer scheme on my behalf and pulling all my pensions together giving me instant access whenever needed.

To date Lee and his team have been extremely thorough in there approach and explanation of all products that we have engaged in.

The company I work for changed ownership in 2004, requiring a change of audit firm. This let to an introduction to Lee, who provided pension advice. We have remained with Lee for the majority of the period thereafter, initially when he was employed by appointed firms and later on when Lee set up independently.

Lee has helped with many aspects of pension and retirement advice for many of my colleagues and to myself on employment and personal related matters.
