My existing advisor sold his business to Bank House so my account was taken over by them.

Moved & consolidated my savings & pensions to maximise performance. Offered planning advise. Conducted my first annual review.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
Yes. My savings have performed well during the first year.
What could they have done better?
I don't think I have any issues to raise at this stage.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
My husband had a few pension pots and needed them consolidating. We also needed life insurance which she organised promptly and at a reasonable price.
How has Hannah Garratt helped you?
Hannah was efficient and very easy to talk to . She also went over and above her job role to help my family when we had a recent bereavement. Hannah has been a source of support with a personal touch that my father and I really appreciated. Thank you Hannah

Yes and the pension is making some profit when it wasn’t before.

What were the circumstances that caused you to initially look for an adviser?
I had been using another advisor and i felt they didn't really understand my needs.

Hannah went through everything meticulously. I felt she understood what outcomes i wanted to achieve.
Have you seen the outcome you were hoping for?
A little, however this has only been running several months and with pensions they are always a slow burner.
